Winter Gardening

For those that love planting, and gardening, it is not over once winter comes. Just as their are summer plants, their are also winter plants.

Anyone who considers winter the dark times of planting are wrong. It is official. Thanks to a little google search, I have came up with a wayyy too long list of winter plants. Below I will share a couple of examples of plants that were listed.

• Abies concolor
• Astilbe
• Euonymus alatus
• Hosta

Obviously these are not all flowers. For example, Abies concolor is a white fir. Also, I can’t say where all these types of plants can be planted and grow, and where they just won’t grow. All the same though, I hope you can find something to keep you busy in your winter garden.
