Energy In A Bottle

Quite often I find that I have a problem wanting to stay awake in the afternoon.  It’s called the afternoon lull.  Where you just feel a little blah and ready for a quick nap.  That lull can be avoided though.

Their are many different kinds of energy drinks and pills out there.  Some work, and some don’t.  What I find works the best, though, are energy pills.  Bullet Speed energy pills is such a pill.

When should you take the bullet?

  • Before a party
  • During the afternoon lull
  • Before a meeting
  • Before working out
  • ect.

The cost may be a bit expensive, but can you really put a cost on a good Energy Boost?  If anything, Bullet Speed is worth the try.  If they work, the worth to have some would be priceless.

Apparently also a good nap 15-20 minutes will not only revitalize you but is also is good for the heart :)

If I tried to take only a 15-20 minute nap, I’d have a headache for the rest of the day. I do sometimes nap with my toddler, though, but those end up being 1-2 hour naps.
