The Perfect Easter Dress

6 April 2007 One Comment

Easter is fast approaching [this Sunday], and if you have a daughter… then you probably know how important those Easter dresses can be.  Spending wayyy too much money on a dress that the kid will only wear once.  Just for a picture, or for church.

With all the pressures of needing the right dress, it can be hard to find one at the right price.  Well, maybe I can help!

Before you run out and buy your child an expensive brand new dress, why not go to used stores?  Places like a goodwill.  I bet you can find a variety of nice, lightly used dresses.  Beautiful ones too!

If used stores make you uncomfortable, look at discount stores.  Maybe a family dollar, or something like that.  They tend to offer extremely cheap nice outfits at reasonable prices.

If neither of those works, you can always check around for hand-me-downs.  If you have older children, save their clothes.  When your younger kids grow into that size, then they can wear the clothes.  Including those nice easter dresses.  Or you can look for hand-me-downs from friends.  When their kids grow out of it.
