Headache Sufferers

Ever since I was pregnant I started suffering from headaches. Some mild, some bad. As time on I’ve found that I tend to suffer from headaches more often for common reasons. Sometimes it’s just because of the heat, from lack of sleep, from sleeping too much, from crying, or even from my blood pressure raising a little higher than it should be [although I don't exactly have HIGH blood pressure, it isn't exactly perfect either].

Because of all the headaches I suffer from, for whatever reason, I’ve had to find different types of headache treatment that exist. If it’s only a mild headache I’ll sometimes try taking nap [especially if I didn't get enough sleep the night before], placing a cool washcloth over my forehead and laying down for a few minutes with my eyes closed, or placing a cool washcloth over my eyes rather than my forehead and laying down for a few minutes [this works great if you cried and worked up a headache from crying].

If the headache I have is extremely painful, that is when I’ll resort to aspirin. I don’t like to, that is why I leave it for a last resort. But aspirin is a great way to help keep your blood pressure in check if you’re known for having touchy blood pressure that will go a little high at times, although it’s not high enough for the need of blood pressure medicine. Their is nothing wrong with using aspirin if you really need it.
