By Angel | September 6th, 2007 | Category: All Articles |This isn’t really so much about weight loss as it is about being aware of what you’re eating a drinking. So, I have a few tips to help you be aware of what you are eating so you’ll see where you’ll need to cut back to lose some weight.
Tip #1
Keep track of what you eat each and every day. Write down each thing as well as their calories so you can see on paper what you might not realize is being eaten by you.
Tip #2
Set limits that you can work towards. For example, cut down the amount of calories you plan to bring into your body. Or you could work towards cutting down on the amount of soda you drink in a day. Make sure it is something that you can achieve. It will become your stepping stone to your next goal.
Tip #3
Just as you’ll write down what you eat and the calories, also write down all of your goals. That way you can mark them off as you achieve them. It will make meeting them feel all that much more realistic.
Tip #4
Start some exercise goals for yourself. You could always start out at simply doing a short daily walk, then taking longer and longer walks. After a while maybe you could work up to a jog. Then you could also try out some other exercises that are also good. Like sit ups, push ups, ect. You don’t have to start out doing it all at once. Work up to it that way you will feel comfortable with all the new things you’ll have to do.
As time moves on you’ll hopefully be finding that you’re losing weight steadily and by keeping up with it, you’ll be able to stick with whatever weight you decide to stick with.
