Speed Typing

If you’re ever looking for a job that has something to do with the need to type, chances are that the employers are looking for someone that can type at least 75-80 words per minute. Unfortunately, most people don’t realize how they can learn to type at speeds like that.
The good news is that you can manage that. The number one thing to do is to practice, practice, practice. A great way to practice would be to find reasons to type. You could start a blog, or even just chatting with friends on messenger works.
If you’d be looking for a way to track the speeds you manage, you could consider typing games. A favorite of mine is Typer Shark. It’s free to play online, you can download the free trial or you can buy the game for $20. I’ve used that one a lot in the past and found it to be very fun and very effective on teaching me how to type faster.
