Work Off The Holiday Weight
With all those delicious holiday foods, we’re all probably wondering what we’re going to do once it’s all over to get rid of those 20 extra pounds me added on. For me, that is an easy question to answer.
Work, exercise, work some more, exercise some more and work. But those that don’t have as physical of a job as me, you could probably use some exercise equipment.
Their are many types of exercise equipment out there. If you’re looking to buy just one piece of equipment, I would recommend a treadmill. After that, everything else can be done cheaply. Get an exercise ball, do crunches or sit ups the old fashioned way on a mat. Get some 20lb exercise weights. You don’t need to live 100’s of pounds to thin out your arms. Lifting a 20lb weight for a short period of time daily can help firm up your arms. Push ups, and other things are good as well.










Its almost summer and lost 10 pound of which half was from christmas. I bought myself a treadmill and started walking every day and gradualy increased the time to 40 minutes. Believe me the fat will melt away.
