Finding A Cell Phone Service That Fits YOU

18 March 2008 No Comment

Cell phones are very common. Just about everyone owns one. But they can also be costly and the price to keep a cell can be hard to keep up with. So today I’m sharing a few tips for those looking for a phone service, and what they should look for.

The contract phones tend to have the best deals. But they also require credit checks, money up front and a contract that keeps you locked in until it is up. That’s never fun. If you don’t mind it, though, then you can benefit from the great things they offer.

What are you looking for?

Make a list of what you want in your phone service. That way you can go from there and find the services that offer that and which ones have the best price. Pick and choose for what will work out the best for you.

  • Free incoming calls.
  • Free mobile to mobile
  • Free nights and weekends
  • A MyCircle style calling network

Keeping in mind what you’re looking for will help when choosing the service you want. Then you can narrow things down by the cost of the service after that.

If you’re not looking to have a contract, then you can always get a prepay phone. Then when you go searching for a service there, it’s important to consider how often you intend to use it. I would not recommend a tracphone if you’re going to be using it regularly. Their are more options now than their were just a few years ago if you are shopping for a contract free phone.

When shopping for one of those phones, look at every available company you can find. Find out what is available with each one and what plan sounds the most affordable to you. I use virgin and they are the best deal I have found yet. So I would recommend starting your search there. But don’t stop there. You might find something that works out better for you. Search around.
