Fighting The Blues

Everyone gets the blues once in a while. Whether it’s just a bad day, an argument or even nothing at all. It can hit all at once, or just sneak up on you. No matter how it hits, it’s important to keep the feeling from overwhelming you.
So what exactly can you do?
Think of something that you enjoy. Reading a good book, or writing. Are you into arts and crafts? Consider all those possibilities out there that interest you and do it. Even something as simple as visiting a friend can turn a gray day bright again.
So the next time you feel like you could just crawl into bed and never get up, reconsider that thought. Instead get out of bed and find a reason to enjoy your day. Staying positive is good for you.
