As a mom, I think I can safely say I know what a mom would like, especially when it comes time for Mothers Day. My daughter is too young to do more than what someone tells her to do for me. Husbands can, though. Mom’s are even daughters as well, and they can also recognize their own Mothers on this day.

It would top my list of Mother’s Day jewelry. Reminding us of how great our children can be with something that represents their day of birth. It’s special and it’s a nice touch.

With jewelry sitting at number one on the best gift list, number two would have to be something handmade. Whether it’s the children and your husband attempting to make breakfast in bed or going out to eat for a great breakfast, lunch or dinner. Handmade cards from the kids when they’re still young can also be very touching. Those are my favorite. Or even grown children can make something for their mom that shows they care.
