How To: Get Off Hold

Who wants to wait on hold before getting any help? I’ve heard of people being kept on hold for a half hour or more! Customer service is a huge pain in the butt. Especially if the business doesn’t offer very helpful service.

It’s a Monday and I thought I’d start it off with a tip to help those that are stuck on hold:

When asked your language, push 2 for Spanish.

Why would you want to do that? The operators to handle the Spanish speaking customers are not only less busy than the English speaking ones, but they are Bilingual. They will be able to assist you with no problem, and you won’t be on hold for long periods of time to get that help. ;)
