I like to give props where they are due and today it goes to Twine.

A short while back I connected with someone from twine (on twine, of course) that offered me a free shirt.  I said yes and today, lo and behold, I got it in the mail.  They also sent a couple stickers and pins too!

Small gestures matter.  In any business it can be that little bit extra that will set it apart from the competition and it’s nice to see that the strategy has expanded into social networking.

I already loved twine, now I have a new found appreciation for the effort they put into spreading the word and creating good member relations.
