Toddler Family Fun

I really wanted to write something to give everyone some good games that they can play with their toddlers to have fun. As I do 99% of the time, I googled for good toddler game ideas that I could share here. And I succeeded. I found a site with a long list of games that you can play with your babies and toddlers. Not just indoor, but also outdoor, bath time, and more fun that you can have. For the complete list please stop by FamilyFun. I decided, though, that I’m just going to share my own games I play with my daughter below.

Peekaboo! I see you! As you probably know, peekaboo is a popular game and fun for babys and toddlers. My own toddler loves the game and really gets into it when we play. “peek-boo” and all.

Catch-the-Toddler. Nothing is more fun (for them!) than to play, “Catch Me!” It’s where they run around the yard and you run as fast as you can to catch them and give them way too many hugs and kisses. Great fun, and great exercise! It’s also a great way to wear them out for nap time

Tickle attack. This should be pretty obvious. Tickle the heck out of them til they roll on the floor laughing. Works every time. Unless your child isn’t ticklish?

Bubble art. Nothing is more fun than making things out of the bubbly bubble bath. I usually give my daughter a bubble fro on her head with all the bubbles. It’s fun.
