Questions To Ask A New Penpal

o extend off of my post, “Penpal Fever” I am going to share some ideas on what to ask a new penpal when you first write them.

It is always good to ask your new penpal some questions so you can get to know them. If you are writing the first letter, it might not be easy to think up questions you should ask. So below you will find some ideas for questions you could ask:

• How old are you?
• What do you do for a living?
• What is your favorite color?
• Do you have any hobbies?
• How many penpals do you have?

With a little imagination, it is pretty simple to come up with some basic questions to ask your new penpal. Also, don’t forget to tell your new penpal about yourself! Answer the questions you ask them with answers that are related to you. Then you’ve got a good start into the world of penpalling. Most of all, have fun! Making new friends and writing is good for you, and a great way to pass some time.
