Immigration

I’ve never heard of this type of thing before, but dna testing for immigration is something that is used to help people immigrate to the US.  The process helps prove the maternity, paternity, or kinship you have with someone in this country.  The idea is pretty interesting, and it sounds like it’d be useful.  I normally wouldn’t quote from a site like this, but I think it’s the best way I can show the information about this interesting service.

Proof of biological relationship is absolutely necessary in cases regarding immigrant visas to the U.S. Embassies may require either paternity or maternity DNA tests to be performed or a kinship test to identify a biological relationship with a family member other than a mother or father. The DNA Identity Testing Center offers various DNA testing services to assist with the immigration process between the United States and countries around the world.

I think this can be a very great thing, if someone is in need of it.  Expecially since, now-a-days, people can use all the help they can get when they want a smooth immigration into the US.
