Eatting For A Diet In A Restaurant
I know how hard it can be to resist those dieting no-no’s when going out to eat at your favorite restaurant. I’ve slipped from my diet atleast a million times. It’s hard not to.
The trick to sticking to your diet and not failing would be to go to a restaurant that offers the type of foods that are diet safe, and you’ll enjoy. For example, you might want to avoid those steak shacks if you’re trying to cut out highly fatty meats from your diet. Instead go to a place that offers good soups and salads that you’ll enjoy. If you’re on one of those Atkins diets… then maybe you do want that steak shack? Chances are, you probably aren’t. And in that case, good soups and salads are always healthy and good for you. Use your judgement. You would know what is good for you and your diet more than I would.
So the best way to avoid those tempting foods is to only stick to restaurants that don’t offer mostly, or only, those that you can’t eat without slipping from your diet. By being aware of what the restaurants in your area offer, you can avoid it, and temptation, at all costs.
