Emergency Make-Up Kit

An emergency make-up kit is an all womens’ must have. Or at least it should be if you wear make-up often. I am hoping to point out some of the important things that you should keep in a make-up kit and explain why.
- Mascara
: I put this first because I find this to be the first thing that you want to have on hand. If you use mascara, it can be nice to have it with you in case your eyelashes need a touch up.
- Tinted Lip Gloss
: Most people would say lipstick, but by the end of the day have you noticed how dry your lips can get? By using a tinted lip gloss you can have the color you want without your lips getting dried out. Make sure it’s a color that you use the most, that way it will match what you wear most days.
- Eyeliner
: By keeping a thing of eyeliner on hand you are prepared to fix any smudged or running eyeliner when it happens. This is best if you’re an active person and it’s not uncommon for your eyeliner to wear down as the day goes on. You’ll be able to keep it looking fresh.
- Small Hairbrush
: By taking along a portable hairbrush you can brush your hair out as needed during the day if it starts to look a little frizzy or just like it could use brushed during the day.
- Small Bottle Of Hairspray
: Ever find yourself stuck in the rain without any hairspray to be able to fix your hair? That is why this is the last item on my “emergency kit” list. By having a little thing of hairspray on hand, you can make sure your hair is staying in place and you’re able to fix it when you need to.
Do you have your own Emergency Make-Up Kit list? I would love to hear about your emergency items in the comments!
