Internet Shopping

As everyone already knows, I purchased satellite internet [or as I call it, sat net]. The thing is, that isn’t always the best choice. Actually, because of the price, it should be your last choice. On the other hand, those people that thought previously that they could only get dial-up internet where the live will be relieved to know that other options exist for their computer.

So what exactly should you be looking for?

I would start with looking at high speed internet through the variety of companies available. AT&T amongst others offer high speed internet for only about $20 per month. You should exhaust your search for that before you go the next step.

If you honestly can not find a high speed internet option that is available to you, then you might want to consider sat net. The only problem is that it is very expensive, and the installation fees are also very high.

When I was looking, I used this large list to help aid me in finding a provider I could afford. Turns out the monthly fee was affordable enough, although still expensive, but the installation and the cost of the gear was out of my reach. So if you’re someone who can’t afford to pay the full amount down, then I would recommend HughesNet because they offer a 2 year contract plan where you pay an extra $20 per month on top of the internet fee to pay off the installation fees.

So if you’re in the market for a higher speed internet, search around to see what is available to you before taking the last step and going satellite. You might also find that most sat net carriers might still not be available to you. So use your judgment and wear out your options before you take on a plan that is more expensive than you need to pay.
